Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to relax and complete our consultation form.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening the effectiveness and pleasure.
Cancellations and no-show:
Sometimes this is unavoidable. Our policy recommends that you cancel 4 hours prior to the treatment. If not, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Reservations are required, preferably 24 hours in advance either by a phone or in person, ensuring we can accommodate your schedule.
Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide a bathrobe and spa slippers, or you may arrive in your robe and slippers from your room. In the treatment room, we provide disposable underwear.
You will be asked to complete a consultation questionnaire prior to your spa treatment. Please communicate any health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies and physical ailments, disabilities or pregnancy to your therapist during the consultation process, before commencement of the spa treatment.
Massage pressure requirements:
To ensure your comfort please let our therapists know whether the pressure applied is suitable for your need, to ensure that you relax and receive the perfect spa experience.
It is recommended after some treatments, i.e. exfoliation, that you avoid sunbathing for at least 2-3 hours. Your therapist will recommend sun protection products, which are for sale in the spa.
We recommend you drink water before and after treatment to help flush toxins from the body, avoiding headache.
Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our guests if you feel that the service you have received warrants it.
